We made it!

We’re here! We have finally made it to Kentucky and are just working on getting settled in. We flew out of Vegas Wednesday morning and had a LONG day of traveling. Scoti wasn’t the best flier but she definitely wasn’t the worst either. Our first flight she did pretty decent till about an hour left and she started getting super fussy and loud. I felt like everyone around wanted to kill me. Our second flight from Houston to Louisville was fantastic. Right when we got on the plane Scoti fell right to sleep and didn’t wake up till the plane landed. Does it get any better? My arm was ready to fall off from holding her the way I had to but I didn’t even care.

Our place here is super nice. Not nearly as nice as last year but last year I think we just got very lucky and had amazing apartments. There are like 14 buildings in this complex so everyone is spread out all in different buildings so that can be a bummer and then we are also on the 3rd floor and that is a killer. Trying to get Scoti, the stroller, groceries, diaper bag, car seat, anything up and down those levels takes lots of extra time and is a killer. I’m trying to just say that can be part of my daily exercise.

Talking about exercise….. I have to start! And I really am going to. This is the summer and time to get into shape and be a good girl. I already consider myself doing great, I was at the grocery store and walked past the donuts. Amazing huh!

Chad is doing really well out here! He is really liking the area out here and has had lots of success so far.

Scoti went to her 4 month appointment right before we left to come out here and she is still just large and in charge. She was 26 inches long (95%) and 15 pounds 10 oz (90%). She got her 4 month shots and that was a disaster. She had a fever after and was so fussy for a couple days. Her sleeping through the nights went bye bye too and that doesn’t make anyone happy.

I really felt like I had lots to blog about but now I’m just realizing I really don’t. I’ll post some pictures of these last few weeks when we were in Richfield with my family. Hopefully there are lots of fun adventures to come this summer in Kentucky and I can keep this updated!

While we were in Richfield we got to go watch Bay play in a golf match. She did amazing!
All though I hate to admit it she is a much better golfer than I ever was.
She hit a hole in 1 last week! Yes she is that good!
Does it get any cuter than this girl? seriously Love this bald beauty!

If Scoti were like her mother she would really like the left picture because
somehow someway we got a picture of her looking nice and slim.
You know when you get that picture and you look so good so you make it
your profile pic and want everyone to think you're really that skinny......
Yeah that's what I think when I look at both of them. And then there is the right
picture that shows her real self. But in my case the right picture would be the one
I don't post on facebook.

Loving her Uncle Payts.
(& This is why we put bows on her.....)

So..... I went and got a massage. In Richfield. So Chad says
"What else would you expect" It was a little run down and sketchy
but it still felt amazing! I had to do one of those perception vs realty
pictures where the top is what you are thinking when you go get your
massage and the bottom is an actual picture of my massage.

This was actually taken here in Kentucky. These are all out of order.
Big girl right? 4 months old right there!

This is a fun and entertaining game. It's called, Count the Rolls.
It'll keep you entertained for at least an hour.
LOVEEE HER!

Bath time in the sink and Grandma & Grandpas!

Her new favorite toy Sophie the Giraffe!

Grandpa tried shipping her out to Kentucky with some of our stuff.

Poor girl. We woke up one Sunday in Richfield to snow.
So all those little summer dresses with no sleeves weren't going
to cut it. So I pulled out my favorite dress. 0-3 months would be
the size. Poor girl was popping out everywhere. But I was
secretly so happy to see her in it because it was a favorite of mine!

My pretty little girl!

Mama and Scoti!

About a week ago she like found her tongue or something.
She was being so funny with it and wouldn't keep it in her mouth.

Before we left we had Laurie take some pictures of her. I thought she was just in the
cutest smiley stage and I wanted pictures of her. Well lets just say she didn't crack
one smile the whole photo shoot. That bum! But she still got some great pictures of her!
I need to order a disc then I can post more!

Just looks so perfect!
